Crimond's 4th points meeting of the season was somewhat special as it held the Keir Millar Memorial trophy final and the Norman Cowie Memorial Trophies. Both very sought after trophies which really did bring with some of the best racing seen at Crimond. As cars traveled up from south to contest the trophys young micro F2 superstar Jamie Dawson picked up where he left off in victory lane in his well prepared mini. Gary Paterson claiming the Keir Millar trophy in an exciting race. As the national hot rods rolled into town Rob MacDonald Scottish World Series leader took all 3 races, with locals Cowie, McWilliam and Ingram in hot pursuit. In the saloonstox we had 3 different winners, Shane Kennedy, Wes McLean leading sons Lewis and Marcus across the line and Scott Jamieson taking his first win in his new car. The Hot Saloons saw Charlie Boast, Kevin Gordon and the returning Mark Mathers win races in a very competitive class. The road goings kept the crowd entertained with some close racing top dogs Barrack, Cook and Bruce claiming the silverware.
